1. What made you become a teacher? When did you start to work here at Baunehøj?
2. What kind of education did you experience?
3. What do ‘you’ think that the education goal of Baunehøj is?
4. Being a Baunehøj teacher, What are the positive aspects and difficulties to you?
5. I felt teachers can use their free time freely, is that right? Get in and off time? / Is it same with other schools too?
6. Do teachers have ‘Burn-out’ in Denmark? Or in Baunehøj? (Do teachers need sabbatic year?)
7. Recently in Korea, communication with students tends to be difficult (because from society’s changing.) Does this happen in Denmark or Baunehøj also?
8. To me, Denmark is the country that which has equal society, democratic citizen, people with empathy ability. But sometimes I see some students are not ready about these. (not only Baunehøj, but also other Danish students which I met in Korea.) I want to know that how can they become a democratic citizen? How can they become a member of this healthy society,-If they do so?
9. At Baunehøj, Danish, English, Math and 2nd foreign language are mandatory. Are those classes mandatory because of the exam? Or is there any other reason? Do students feel pressured about this? / English classes have same theme for each classes, do other classes have something like that?
10. During clean up, after lock house’s doors, you are not checkup about that (clean or not, when they turn off the light, using mobile phone time), even though they doing well. I would like to know that how do they learn rules and promises at the first time? Sometimes some students, they don’t want to clean up or cook, how do you talk to them to do that?
11. How can efterskole lasts more than 160 years? What do you think about this?
12. Do you have any goal or dream as a teacher? Or just as you?
13. What is the ‘Healthy society, Healthy education’? Do you think Denmark’s society and education are healthy?
14. What do you think is the role of Efterskole? For the people, for Denmark, for the World.
+Extra 1. Some of student use ‘fuck’ a lot, what do you think about that point?
+Extra 2. Some of student throws away their paper(for the class) in the classroom, is it okay in Baunehøj? Or they have to learn to change?

-Can I get more information about the first month? I curious how can teachers help student understand school system and rules for living together. Do you have special program for it?
-School Visit / Information day was so impressive. Is there reason make the visit day like this? Do other efterskoles do like this?
-What if more people apply than the garden? Did you actually do that before?
-I heard that 10th grade is not necessary. What happens to 10th graders who quit school?
-If 10th grade is not necessary, why did the government let them take the test?
